All Deryck Heart products are made to order. Production will begin after the order is confirmed.

Production time may vary depending on the product and current workload. Estimated production times, if provided, are for reference only and may change depending on circumstances.

Once the product is completed, it will be shipped promptly.

We offer free shipping for both domestic and international orders.

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and shipping carrier conditions.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may occur upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, or other external circumstances.

If a shipment is refused by the customer or returned due to failure to receive the package, refunds will not be provided.

In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required for reshipment.

Deryck Heart の製品はすべて受注生産となります。ご注文確定後に制作を開始いたします。

制作期間は製品の内容や制作状況により変動する場合があります。制作期間の目安が記載されている場合でも、状況により変更となる可能性があります。

製品完成後、速やかに発送いたします。

当社では国内外ともに送料無料で配送を行っています。

配送にかかる日数は、配送先の国、通関手続き、配送会社の状況などにより変動する場合があります。

配送先住所はお客様ご自身の責任において正確に入力してください。お客様が入力された住所の誤りまたは不完全な情報により発生した配送トラブルについて、当社は責任を負いかねます。

配送時に発生する関税、輸入税、その他の費用については、お客様のご負担となります。

商品を配送会社へ引き渡した後の配送責任は配送会社に帰属します。配送会社による遅延、紛失、破損、通関手続き、その他外部要因による配送トラブルについて、当社は責任を負いかねます。

お客様による受取拒否、または不在等により商品が返送された場合、返金は行いません。

その場合、再発送に必要な送料はお客様のご負担となります。
