2. Materials & Handmade Characteristics
Deryck Heart pieces are primarily produced using precious metals and are created through traditional casting methods combined with hand-finishing.
Because each piece is produced through a casting process and refined individually by hand, natural variations may occur in texture, depth of carving, surface details, and overall appearance.
During the casting process, small marks, tiny pits, or micro pores may occasionally appear on the surface of the metal. These characteristics are naturally associated with cast precious metals and are not considered defects.
Each piece is individually finished by hand, and slight differences between pieces are inevitable. These variations are part of the nature of handcrafted jewellery and contribute to the individuality of every Deryck Heart piece.
Minor variations in surface texture, small marks from finishing, or subtle differences between pieces should therefore be understood as natural characteristics of the production process.

4. Natural Characteristics of Precious Metals
Precious metals are materials that naturally change depending on the environment in which they are worn and used.

Materials are supplied through professional casting manufacturers and processed using standard jewellery production methods.

The value and price of each piece are determined by the design, craftsmanship, and artistic expression of the jewellery as a whole, and are not based on the commercial grading, rarity, or market value of the stones themselves.
Stone materials used in the pieces may include natural stones, treated stones, or other stone materials commonly used in jewellery production. Due to the nature of stone sourcing and materials, the exact geological classification, origin, or treatment status of individual stones may not always be determined.
Variations in color, transparency, inclusions, internal features, and surface characteristics are inherent properties of stone materials and are not considered defects.

7. Size and Measurements
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size when purchasing items such as rings, bracelets, necklaces, or other wearable pieces.
Ring sizes are produced based on the Japanese ring size standard. However, due to the nature of jewellery manufacturing processes — including casting, polishing, and finishing — slight variations in size may occur.
Measurements shown on product pages are approximate and are provided as reference values. Exact millimeter-level accuracy is not guaranteed.
Length measurements for items such as bracelets or necklaces may vary slightly from the stated measurement. For example, a piece listed as 23.5 cm may measure approximately 23.3 cm depending on finishing processes.
Measurements are primarily based on centimeter values. Inch measurements are converted from centimeters and are rounded for simplicity.
Customers are advised to review all size information carefully before placing an order. Deryck Heart is not responsible for incorrect size selection or differences in fit.
