1. Returns and Exchanges
All products sold by Deryck Heart are made to order and handcrafted. Because each item is individually produced after an order is confirmed, returns and exchanges are not accepted as a general rule.
Requests for return or exchange based on customer-related reasons, including but not limited to differences in image, size perception, impression of finish, weight, wearing comfort, or other subjective preferences, are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Finish and Individual Differences of Products (Important)
All Deryck Heart products are individually produced through a combination of material characteristics, casting processes, and manual craftsmanship. As a result, slight differences occur in polishing marks, minor surface scratches, casting texture, metal texture, carving depth, surface finish, facial expression, thickness-related appearance, and the way the item appears under different photography conditions or monitor settings.
These differences arise from the nature of the materials and production process and do not constitute defects or faulty workmanship.

Deryck Heartの商品は、素材の特性、鋳造工程、手作業による制作工程を組み合わせ、一点ずつ個別に制作されています。そのため、研磨痕、微細な表面傷、鋳造由来の質感、金属の質感、彫りの深さ、仕上がり、表情、厚みによる見え方、撮影環境やモニター設定による見え方などに、若干の差異が生じます。
これらの差異は素材および制作工程の性質に起因するものであり、欠陥または製造不良には該当しません。

3. Soldered Joints
Deryck Heart products use soldering as a structural process, including ring size adjustments and the joining of elongated components. Due to this manufacturing method, solder seams occur at connection points and may remain visible even after final finishing.
These characteristics are inherent to the manufacturing process and structural assembly of the product and do not constitute defects, damage, or faulty workmanship. Over time, natural aging of the metal may make these solder seams more noticeable.

Deryck Heartの商品では、指輪のサイズ調整や長物パーツの接合など、構造上必要な工程としてロウ付け接合を行っています。この製造工程の特性上、接合部にはロウ付けによる筋目（接合線）が生じ、本仕上げ後であっても視認される場合があります。
これらは製造工程および構造的組み立てに由来する特性であり、不良、損傷、または製造欠陥には該当しません。また、金属の経年変化により、接合目がより目立つようになる場合があります。

4. Individual Differences in Product Weight Due to Metal Characteristics (Important)
Due to the characteristics of metal materials and the nature of the casting and finishing processes, individual weight differences (in grams) occur even for products of the same design.
Such variations arise from unavoidable manufacturing factors, including metal flow during casting, differences in metal density, shrinkage during cooling, material removal during finishing, and individual sculptural variations.
For this reason, Deryck Heart does not define specific numerical tolerance ranges or standard limits for weight differences.

金属素材の特性および鋳造・仕上げ工程の性質により、同一デザインの商品であっても重量（グラム数）には個体差が生じます。

5. Product Weight Information

Due to individual production differences, the actual weight of the delivered product differs from the indicated value.

6. Returns or Cancellations Due to Weight or Finish Differences
Returns, exchanges, or cancellations based on weight differences, finishing impressions, or individual variations described in the preceding clauses will not be accepted.
Deryck Heart products are not sold or valued solely based on the intrinsic value of precious metal materials. The value of each product is determined by the completed work as a whole, including its design, sculptural form, craftsmanship, and production process.

Sized products such as rings offered by Deryck Heart are produced based on Japanese domestic sizing standards.
