◆ Returns and Return Conditions

 

At Deryck Heart, each product is carefully handcrafted.

For this reason, returns, exchanges, and refunds are generally not accepted.

However, if an objectively verifiable initial defect attributable to our company is identified at the time of delivery, and notification is received within seven (7) days of product arrival, we will determine and provide an appropriate remedy at our sole and reasonable discretion, with repair being prioritized where possible.

In the event that an initial defect attributable to our company is confirmed, the shipping costs required for the appropriate handling will be borne by us.

Any return must be approved by us in advance. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If you believe your item has an initial defect, please contact us before returning the item.

Any refund, if deemed appropriate, will be issued using the original payment method.

The following cases are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

- Change of mind after purchase

- Incorrect size selection by the customer

- Variations inherent to handmade production

- Minor differences in finish, texture, or appearance

- Damage caused after use

- Requests made more than seven (7) days after delivery

◆ 返品および返品条件について

 

Deryck Heart の商品は、すべて一点一点丁寧に制作されたハンドメイド作品です。

その性質上、返品・交換・返金は原則としてお受けしておりません。

ただし、商品到着時に当社の責任による客観的に確認可能な初期不良が認められ、かつ商品到着後7日以内にご連絡をいただいた場合に限り、当社の合理的判断により適切な対応を行い、可能な限り修理対応を優先いたします。

当社の責任による初期不良が確認された場合に限り、その対応に必要となる送料は当社が負担いたします。

返品を行う場合は、事前に当社の承認が必要です。事前承認のない返品はお受けできません。

初期不良の可能性がある場合は、返送前に必ず当社へご連絡ください。

返金が適切と判断された場合は、原則としてご利用いただいた決済方法にて行われます。

以下の場合は返品・交換・返金の対象外となります。

・お客様都合による返品・交換

・サイズ選択の誤り

・ハンドメイド作品特有の個体差

・仕上げや質感、外観のわずかな違い

・使用後に生じた破損や傷

・商品到着後7日以上経過した場合
