Order Policy
1. Order and Payment
Payment is processed automatically at the time the order is placed.
An order is considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully completed.
If payment cannot be completed, the order will not be considered confirmed.
Production of the product will begin after payment confirmation.
Because all products are made to order, a period of time will occur between payment and delivery.

決済は、ご注文手続きの完了と同時に自動的に処理されます。
決済が正常に完了した時点で、ご注文は確定となります。
決済が完了しない場合、ご注文は確定されません。
商品の製作は、決済確認後に開始されます。
すべての商品は受注生産にて製作されるため、決済完了から商品到着までには一定の時間差が生じます。

2. Production Time and Shipment
The estimated production time for each product is indicated in the respective product description.
This timeframe is provided as a general guideline.
Production will be carried out based on this estimated timeframe, and the product will be shipped after production has been completed.
If the production time is significantly extended due to production circumstances, we will notify the customer accordingly.

2. 製作期間および発送について
各商品の製作期間の目安は、それぞれの商品説明欄に記載されています。
この製作期間はあくまで目安となります。
製作はその目安期間を基準として行われ、製作完了後に商品を発送いたします。
製作状況により製作期間が大幅に延長する場合には、別途お客様へご連絡いたします。

3. Order Changes
If you need to request changes to your order due to an ordering mistake, please contact us within 3 days after order confirmation.
Order changes may be accepted only before production has started.
Once production has begun, changes to the order cannot be accepted.

ご注文内容の誤りなどにより変更が必要な場合は、注文確定後3日以内にご連絡ください。
ご注文内容の変更は、製作開始前に限り対応可能です。
製作開始後のご注文内容の変更はお受けできません。

4. Order Cancellation
All Deryck Heart products are made to order and produced individually after an order is confirmed.
For this reason, cancellations after order confirmation cannot be accepted.

6. Production Difficulty and Refund
If production becomes significantly delayed or impossible due to production circumstances or other unforeseen situations that make production or delivery difficult, the order may be cancelled by Deryck Heart.
In such cases, the customer will be notified and the payment will be fully refunded promptly.

製作状況による大幅な遅延、その他予期しない事情により製作または納品が困難となった場合、Deryck Heartの判断によりご注文をキャンセルさせていただく場合があります。
その際にはお客様へご連絡のうえ、決済金額は速やかに全額返金いたします。
