Deryck Heart products are made to order. For this reason, refunds are not provided as a general rule.

However, refunds may be issued if deemed necessary at our sole and reasonable discretion, including but not limited to cases of significant delays in production, circumstances that make delivery difficult, circumstances attributable to our company, or other circumstances deemed necessary at our discretion.

If a refund is approved, the full amount will be refunded promptly using the original payment method.

◆ 返金ポリシー

Deryck Heart の製品は受注生産のため、原則として返金は行っておりません。

ただし、制作期間の大幅な遅延、納品が困難となる情勢または状況、当社都合による事情、その他当社の合理的判断により返金が必要と認められた場合に限り、返金を行う場合があります。

返金が承認された場合は、原則としてご利用いただいた決済方法に基づき、速やかに全額返金いたします。
