Import Duties, Taxes, and VAT Policy
For orders shipped outside Japan, import duties, VAT, GST, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and any other taxes or charges imposed by the destination country or region are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the website, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Deryck Heart has no control over these charges and cannot predict, estimate, or guarantee the amount that may be assessed by customs authorities in each country or region.
Customers are solely responsible for complying with the import laws and regulations of the destination country or region, including payment of all required duties, taxes, fees, and charges at the time of import or delivery.
If an order is refused, abandoned, returned, delayed, or otherwise not delivered due to unpaid import duties, taxes, customs fees, incomplete customs procedures, refusal to provide required information, or any other customs-related reason, Deryck Heart shall not, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, be responsible for the resulting loss, delay, or additional expense.
In such cases, the original shipping fee, insurance fee, customs-related charges, handling costs, and any other costs already incurred are non-refundable. Any additional expenses arising from return shipping, storage, disposal, redelivery, or customs processing shall also be the responsibility of the customer.
Customs inspections and clearance procedures may cause delays. Deryck Heart is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, import procedures, or local regulations in the destination country or region.
Deryck Heart does not mark merchandise as a gift, declare false values, or alter customs documents at the request of the customer.
For orders shipped within Japan, Japanese consumption tax is handled in accordance with applicable law and is reflected in the sales price unless otherwise stated.

日本国外へ発送されるご注文については、輸入関税、VAT、GST、通関手数料、仲介手数料、その他お届け先の国または地域で課される税金・費用は、すべてお客様のご負担となります。
当サイト上で別途明記されている場合を除き、これらの費用は商品価格および送料には含まれておりません。
これらの金額は各国・各地域の税関当局により決定されるため、Deryck Heartが事前に金額を予測、算定、保証、または管理することはできません。
お客様は、お届け先の国または地域における輸入関連法令を遵守し、輸入時または配達時に必要となる関税、税金、手数料、その他一切の費用を適切にお支払いいただく責任を負います。
関税、税金、通関費用の未払い、通関手続未了、必要情報の未提出、受取拒否、放棄、返送、遅延、その他通関に関連する理由により商品が配達されなかった場合、または追加費用が発生した場合、Deryck Heartは、適用法で認められる最大限の範囲において、それに起因する損失、遅延、追加費用について責任を負いません。
この場合、当初の送料、保険料、通関関連費用、取扱手数料、その他発生済み費用は返金対象外となります。返送、保管、廃棄、再配送、通関処理等に伴い追加費用が発生した場合も、すべてお客様のご負担となります。
税関検査や通関手続により配送遅延が生じる場合があります。税関当局、輸入手続、またはお届け先の国もしくは地域の法令等に起因する遅延について、Deryck Heartは責任を負いません。
Deryck Heartは、商品のギフト申告、過少申告、虚偽申告、またはお客様の依頼による税関書類の改変には対応いたしません。
日本国内への発送については、適用される日本法に基づき消費税を取り扱い、別途記載がない限り販売価格に反映されています。
